However, due to different monitor displays and the physical printing process on various materials (wood, crystal, canvas, etc.), slight variations in color, cropping, and image placement may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Return Policy: Because our personalized items are made specifically for you, they are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which generally states that custom items are final sale unless defective or damaged.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Soufamia harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from copyright infringement or violation of intellectual property rights related to the images you submit.
Content Guidelines: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if the uploaded image contains content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to refuse orders if the uploaded image is of such low resolution that a quality product cannot be produced.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
