Can I see how it looks before you actually make it?
Absolutely. For every customized product, we will send a Confirmation Email with a design preview to your inbox. We won’t start the production line until you reply and say, "I love it!" This ensures your memory is captured exactly how you envisioned.

What is your return policy for Custom Products?
Because these items are uniquely created for your specific pet, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been produced and shipped. This is why our email confirmation step is so vital—it’s our double-check to make sure everything is perfect for you.

What if I bought a Non-Custom (Standard) product?
For our standard items (like non-personalized pet apparel), we offer a 7-day return window. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your package to arrange a return or refund.

We take great care in packaging, but if the journey was rough and your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately with a photo of the package. We will prioritize a free replacement for you right away.
