Refund policy

For Standard (Non-Customized) Products:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our support team at support@soufamia.com within 7 days of delivery.

1. Returns are subject to specific conditions based on the product type.

2. Please reach out to our customer service for detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

For Customized Products:

Due to the unique nature of personalized items, they cannot be resold. Therefore, all customized products are final sale and non-returnable.

1. Final Confirmation: Before we begin the production of your custom item, we will send you a Confirmation Email. By replying and confirming the details in that email, you acknowledge and accept that the order is non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Damaged Goods: The only exception to our non-return policy is if the product arrives damaged during transit.

3. Reporting Damages: In the unfortunate event of shipping damage, please contact us at support@soufamia.com immediately. You must report the damage within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a refund or replacement.
